The Bureau of Pruwnel is an Utlian Bureau that handles law enforcement in the Republic of Utlia. The Bureau is the primary enforcer of laws in Utlia, acting as an island-wide police force.

History

The bureau and the act of law enforcement in modern Utlia are named after Elmayn Pruwnel, an Utlian soldier who defected from the Monarchy during the Utlian Civil War. Elmayn is notable for his theft of a large amount of documents from the Royal palace and subsequent assassination, his death combined with the valuable intel he gathered from the revolution caused him to be named a Sojourner after the war in 5 TT.
