Chicha
The Chicha are a people mainly of the Mamanoa plains where the Chiche confederation was formed and later allied with the Kalami alliance. They speak the Chiche language of the Kalamic language family, related but distinct from the Maichun language. Their traditions are most well known for a mastery of guildery and unique folkclore.
Djaju
The Djaju people have historically remained distinct due to their set of unique traditions and cities built on Kalam's mountains, namely Kjupjat'ukl in Mount Pacha.
Maichun
The Maichun, Maichū or archaically the Amaichun are the majority ethnic group in Kalam, the Maichun language is typically used as a w:lingua franca of Kalam because of this fact.
