Biography
Early life
Horbok Arkara was born to Cherkaz Arkara and Boduph Kakay but was raised by his relative Artak Arkara in Saeskar. Horbok was educated at the Skrake Brown and Green School from 14 TT until 9 TT when the Tyshok Report forced him to transfer to the Arkara Brown and Green School in Agrada. Whilst in Agrada Horbok lived with Artak's father Kamakta. He graduated as a bosche in 4 TT.
On 28-2 1 TT the Ossbosche of Banokraim hired Horbok to serve as the Warden of the Banosken Bartan Shrine making him an udenbosche.
Ambassador to the 3rd Empire
On 15-5 21 PC, the Kingdom of Akaria and Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) signed an agreement in which the CNN "granted" Akaria the right to unrestricted trade of "concepts and non-military goods" with the 3rd Empire of Faltir, the Glanes Confederation, Melor, the Naval Administration and Striltir and unrestricted trade of "concepts and goods" with the Mirest League. In exchange the Kingdom of Akaria agreed to continue recognising Niueyjara sovereignty over Faltir and to do business with the prior mentioned Faltiran polities as though they were Niueyjara states. News of the treaty between the CNN and Akaria sparked outrage across Faltir as it was interpreted as treading on Faltiran sovereignty. A month later Artak Arkara, now the Living King, dispatched Horbok Arkara to the 3rd Empire of Faltir to assess Akaria's standing with the nation. Horbok and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gur-Kol reached an understanding in which Horbok explained that Akaria's recognition of Niueyjara sovereignty over Faltir was only temporary and that he would ask Artak order the other Akarian ambassadors in Faltir to consult the 3rd Empire before taking any action relating to Faltir. Horbok resigned as the Warden of the Banosken Bartan Shrine on 20-6 21 PC to better serve as the ambassador to the 3rd Empire.
