Royal Title
The royal title is the title by which Hapšâw'l rulers are referred to by their subjects. Originally titles came about by consensus of various historians and archivists and were only used after the death of a given ruler. The first ruler to pick his own title was Hel'l Yun, who chose the title shortly before his death due to concerns about his legacy. Since Yun's reign titles have been picked by the ruler, typically shortly after the rulers coronation. During Řiselan's reign the title's role has diminished, and it is not rare to see the king referred to by his full name, the shift is believed to have been caused by an attempt to modernize the nations international image as well as the introduction of standardized first names.
