Mancriarr Dinddhiaelgh was the High Priest of Uebhaie. Convicted of mass embezzlement, fraud of numerous forms, tax skimming, abuse of power, racketeering, heresy, hedonism, personal interest, false marrige, the ordering of assassinations, funding of crime, organization of criminals for illicit cause, misappropriation of funds, theft of Modhes Ywl's property, murder, jaywalking, and concealment of truth, he is considered to have been the worst man to ever serve within the priesthood, and is only one of two Modhes to be declared an Enemy of Humanity (The other being Hini-Bor-Gun-Motu).

Early Life
Mancriarr was born to father Cheanbolyg Dinddhiaelgh and mother Shua'mai Moyamkint in Tavoirlhem, a small town on the fringe of Nucht, on 403.19.07. The Dinddhiaelgh family is documented to have lived in the Nucht area for at least a century, primarily as garbage collectors, which included both Cheanbolyg and Shua'mai. Mancriarr was the seventh child of thirteen, and was raised alongside the rest to take part in the family trade. Mancriarr however took a shining to religion, and eventually found himself as an apprentice to the local priest. Mancriarr eventually got his parents permission to enroll officially in the preisthood once it was found he was inept as a garbage collector.
