Utlian Noble Families are families given special status and who have a high level of wealth. During the Utlian Kingdom, noble families had real power of influence but after the revolution it is largely a cosmetic status with no power outside of the legacy and wealth.
Organization
Prior to the Utlian Civil War, the noble houses of Utlia acted similarly to the bureaus of contemporary Utlia, operating a specific department of the government like police or infrastructure. Following the civil war, Yyme Braia initially planned to completely strip noble families of wealth and power but eventually compromised on simply removing their governmental presence.
