The Palace of Wisdom (also Palace of Wise Men or simply the Royal Palace) is a castle in Kalam. It contains various schools, military bases, and the living quarters of the Council of Elders. It began construction around 200 TT and concluded at the turn of 400 TT, with constant renovations thereafter. It is situated in the heartland of Hikuen, between only a few rural towns connected by large highways. It is legally its own province and city, with unique policies that relieve it of any taxes or tariffs.
