Vitol "Patas" Melinik is a member of the Sorewa Liberation Uprising and the leader of the Organised Freedom Guard.
Biography
Before the Kelelemi Civil War Vitol Melinik was involved in organised crime.
Kelelemi Civil War
Shortly after the start of the war, Melinik, a Sorewa, declared allegiance to the Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU). On 12-6 10 PC Melinik formed the Organised Freedom Guard, which operated under the banner of the SLU and was known for ransacking villages and shooting civilians at random.
