Wlykalt Syenter

Wylkalt Syenter is an Utlian politician living in exile. Elected as 6th president of the republic in 52 PC, he quickly became controversial for his frequent opinionated statements and extreme government actions, leading to the fracturing of COUR and the second civil war. Following the civil war he escaped punishment by running to the east ocean, where he began amassing men and weapons in anticipation of an eventual takeover of Utlia.

Biography

Early Life

Wylkalt Syenter was born in Kelna-Ut on 1-4 22 PC, his mother and father managed a butchery in Iret district. Syenters mother died in 30 PC, his father, whom he has described as being abusive, became volatile following her death, leading to Syenter leaving home shortly after the death of his mother. In secondary school Syenter performed poorly despite an obsession with academic writing and literature. He attended Nyberek University on the northern coast of Utlia, a specialized school focusing on political science and law with aspirations of being a Literature professor. He graduated at the top of his class and would begin working in the bureau of infrastructure in Kelna-Ut.

North Utlia governor

On 12-9 45 PC the Governor of North Utlia, Neres Hetna, suffered from a fatal heart attack. During the snap elections, Syenter ran on a base of economic prosperity, using his time in the infrastructure bureau as evidence that he can get things done. On 22-9 of the same year, the election voting had closed and Syenter was announced victorious.

On X-X 55 PC, as Syetin Ur-A and the Einru army began closing in on central Tinlea, Syenter would appoint Lt. President Crymia Myrn as acting president before gathering a small lyets worth of loyalists and fleeing the capital in the S2-Lyre/Liamia hybrid class Elyn, this would become the flagship of the Syenterian forces.

Early exile

Following his escape from Utlia in 55 PC, Syenter and his loyalists made their way to the far east, meeting the like-minded Sarkists and settling two small, temperate islands south of the main sarkist territory. The islands, Aralo-Wyut and Seyre-Wyut, were chosen due to a climate resembling that of North Utlia, In Aralo-Wy a small fortress and operations center were constructed to operate as a headquarters, though practically the Elyn remained the headquarters of the Syentarians.
