Driplap is a kelpie who serves in the CNNN.

Biography

Origins

Driplap's living predecessor was a smuggler who drowned while bringing a pair of goose eggs to a client when one of the geese hatched destroying the ship they was serving on, the sailor who's name and clan are unknown chose to drown themself rather than surface and face the angry goose. Shortly after the corpse turned Driplap was attacked by a sjolmon before being saved by a group of passing havdverg who then directed Driplap to the nearest kelpie settlement, the city of Las'kil'trallan where Driplap would then settle down before eventually enlisting in the CNNN with plans on eventually becoming an officer.

Kelelemi Civil War

During the Kelelemi Civil War (10–14 PC) Driplap served as Seer-Admiral Geilir's liaison to the Kelelemi War Coalition at Neerakta Military Base.

Eastern Bloc Niueyjar Civil War

Driplap secretly met with Leader of the Arkara, Artak Arkara on 4-12 19 PC aboard a CNN ship off the coast of Faltir. At the time Artak was leading forces in the Akarian Civil War against those of Living King, Harakar Oken. The pair planned for Driplap to attack Kadar's Rock, where Artak suspected Harakar to be hiding, to force Harakar back to the mainland so that he could be killed by Artak's forces bringing about a Living Election that Artak was confident he would win. In exchange Artak, once the Living King, would negotiate a peace with the CNN. Driplap attacked Kadar's Rock on 16-12, the next day the Weer Chronicle reported that Harakar Oken had returned to Moss Vale. Artak had his forces and those of his allies begin to converge on Moss Vale. Harakar left Akaria for eee on 26-12 as part of Operation Rock Storm, shortly Harakar's allies in Akaria began winning the civil war. The Giga-Yacht exploded on 29-12 killing Harakar Oken.
