Before the emergence of the Eutan and Frish kingdoms, the island of Utlia was ruled by many different city-states.

History

The city-state was the first dominant form of civilization among the utlian peoples. Prior to the first city-states, Utlian people-groups were primarily nomadic in nature, with tribes like the Ueb and Yuen adopting the system following the Telan states of Tela, Dirn and Leshyan.

The Tela city-state was formed sometime in the Nuriit of 2750 TT

Kelna (city state turned capital city of the Eutan Kingdom)

South Utlia

Unlaunen (city state turned capital city of the Frish Kingdom)

Central Utlia

Orena (2nd largest Frish city after annexation)

Mersen (only Merriyem city state before annexation by Frish)

West Utlia

Tela (first civilization on Utlia)

Dirn

Lesyhan (the last city state to be annexed)
