On 7-8 18 Sarkay Obat, founder of Sarkism announced the creation of the Sarkist State, located on the Eastern Ocean island where his follower, Ratok Omiph had been stranded since 4-8 17 PC. He made the pre-existing Sarkist Assembly the government of the state and named the island Paradise Island.
