Horbok Arkara is a member of the Arkara.

Horbok Arkara was born to Cherkaz Arkara and Boduph Kakay but was raised by his uncle Artak Arkara in Saeskar. Horbok was educated at the Skrake Brown and Green School from 14 TT until late 10 TT when the Tyshok report forced him to transfer to the Arkara Brown and Green School. He graduated as a bosche in 4 TT.

On 28-2 1 TT the Ossbosche of Banokraim hired Horbok to serve as the Warden of the Banosken Bartan Shrine making him an udenbosche.
