Seer-Admiral Geilir is a naval officer of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN).
Biography
Meeting with Admiral Whip
The Serene Merchant Navy (SMN) mobilised on 20-1 9 PC and set off in search of other nations. The anouncement of the mobilisation was heard by the nations of the Attu Archipelago. On 25-1 9 PC the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar Navy (CNNN) deployed their own ship northwards as they beleived Spyron from which the SMN originated to be a spy of the name "spy of Ron".

Kel-Elemi Civil War
On 10-4 10 PC, the Council of Directors of the Confederated Nation of Niueyjar (CODCNN) ordered the 2nd Fleet, which Geilir led to Kel-Elemi to support the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic against the Sorewa Liberation Uprising. Geilir's forces landed at Voyvonami the next day.
