Shortly after the East Confederation Whaling Company (ECWC) was established to exploit the Eastern Ocean with Richard Mobyson of Clan Kustur being appointed as their first CEO on 27-5 16 PC. On the same day 15 old fishing dinghies were purchased to serve as the company's fleet.
