Biography
On 24-5 16 PC, the Akarian Scouting Force returned to the Kingdom of Akaria, having charted a great portion of the Eastern Ocean and having found many islands and an overabundance of whales. Shortly after the East Confederation Whaling Company (ECWC) was established to exploit the Eastern Ocean with Richard Mobyson being appointed CEO on 27-5 16 PC. On his first day in the position, Mobyson purchased 15 old fishing dinghies to serve as the company's fleet. On 29-5 16 PC, the ECWC leased the 7th Fleet for use in the Eastern Ocean and put the 15 dinghies up for sale.
Niueyjar-Eastern Bloc War
On 12-3 18 PC, the Arkara of Akaria released a document containing evidence that Johnakar Oken, the late father of Living King, Harakar Oken, had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago including Vidar Astridson which led to tension between the Eastern Bloc and the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN). Forces of the East Oken Company and the Utlian Whaling and Fishing Affairs Department, led by Ahabakar Oken attacked Amogusolia Island on 28-5 18 PC without warning. During the battle Richard Mobyson fled the island before it was captured.
Richard made contact with the CNN on 2-6 and reported that he had been forced to flee Amogusolia after an attack by a joint Akarian-Utilian force. He reported his belief that the attack was ordered by the high command of the Eastern Bloc. On 4-6 the CNN declared war on the Eastern Bloc.
