History
On 24-5 16 PC, the Akarian Scouting Force returned to the Kingdom of Akaria, having charted a great portion of the Eastern Ocean and having found many islands and an overabundance of whales. Shortly after the East Confederation Whaling Company (ECWC) was established to exploit the Eastern Ocean with Richard Mobyson of Clan Kustur being appointed as their first CEO on 27-5 16 PC. On the same day 15 old fishing dinghies were purchased to serve as the company's fleet. On 29-5 16 PC, the ECWC leased the 7th Fleet for use in the Eastern Ocean and put the 15 dinghies up for sale.
