The East Oken Company is a company operated by the Oken for the exploitation of the Eastern Ocean.

History

The Akarian Scouting Force (ASF) returned to Akaria on 24-5 16 PC, having charted a great portion of the Eastern Ocean and having found many islands and an overabundance of whales. On 26-5 16 PC, Leader of the Oken, Johnakar Oken, established the East Oken Company (EOC) at Ahabakar Oken's recommendation and appointed Ahabakar to serve as the company's first high director.

On 28-5 16 PC, Ahabakar leased half of the ships of the ASF for use by the EOC. The EOC's fleet departed from Naikar Port for the Eastern Ocean on 22-6 16 PC. The company established their base of operations in the Eastern Ocean at Harakar's Rock on 29-6 16 PC.
