In exchange the Kingdom of Akaria agreed to continue recognising Niueyjara sovereignty over Faltir and to do business with the prior mentioned Faltiran polities as though they were Niueyjara states. News of the treaty between the CNN and Akaria sparked outrage across Faltir as it was interpreted as treading on [[Faltiran]] sovereignty. Biography
Early life
Horbok Arkara was born to Cherkaz Arkara and Boduph Kakay but was raised by his relative Artak Arkara in Saeskar. Horbok was educated at the Skrake Brown and Green School from 14 TT until 9 TT when the Tyshok Report forced him to transfer to the Arkara Brown and Green School in Agrada. Whilst in Agrada Horbok lived with Artak's father Kamakta. He graduated as a bosche in 4 TT.
On 28-2 1 TT the Ossbosche of Banokraim hired Horbok to serve as the Warden of the Banosken Bartan Shrine making him an udenbosche.
