Shortly after the East Confederation Whaling Company (ECWC) was established to exploit the Eastern Ocean with Richard Mobyson of Clan Kustur being appointed as their first CEO on 27-5 16 PC. On the same day 15 old fishing dinghies were purchased to serve as the company's fleet. On 29-5 16 PC, the ECWC leased the 7th Fleet for use in the Eastern Ocean and put the 15 dinghies up for sale.
