Nomadic tribes of Utlia

The nomadic tribes of Utlia were the groups and cultures that lived across the island of Utlia prior to and during the Utlian City State Boom. The majority of these cultures ended up mixing with and becoming either Eutan or Frish depending on the location. This mixing was a response to the Tela, who decimated many of the centrally located tribes on the island.
