The Oksken Governing Council was the sole governing body in charge of managing the city of Oksken. The council, along with the modern city of Oksken was created on 28-2 18 PC (though the first election for the council's members was only held on 30-2 18 PC) following the partition of the old city of Oksken. The coucil was disbanded by Leader of the Oken Kuzakar Oken on 11-2 23 PC following Dakar's Uprising, during which several supporters of Dakar Oken were elected to the council.

Johnakar's District – Dark orange/Red
Kazant's District – Green
Naikar's District – Orange
Womak's District – Pink
The Oksken Governing Council is composed of six members. Each member corresponds to one of the city's electoral districts.
