Biography
Early life
Kuzakar Oken was born on 19-12 48 TT to Kazant Oken, who went on to become the Leader of the Oken in 34 TT.
Kuzakar was educated at the 2nd Oken Business School in the Sartak Kadrike.
4th Oken Election
Kazant died on 24-8 29 TT triggering the 4th Oken Election. In his will he left Kuzakar five of his electoral votes for use in the Oken elections, in addition, he received a third ownership of the Oken-Adazete Supply Shop (OA Supply Shop). Many saw Kuzakar as a contender for Leader of the Oken, despite his young age. Some saw Kuzakar as a contender due to an agreement made between Oken and the Sartak back in 50 TT, which stated that a child produced by Huloi Sartak and Kazant Oken would go on to lead the Oken after Arakar Oken's successor's successor. On 4-9 29 TT, Kuzakar's uncle Johnakar Oken gave Kuzakar his two-thirds ownership of the OA Supply Shop in exchange for Kuzakar using his five electoral votes to support Johnakar and announced that he was not looking to succeed his father.
The election concluded on 24-10 29 TT with Johnakar being elected Leader of the Oken. It also marked the start of the Oken-Sartak Rivalry.
Factories in eee
On 1-4 6 PC Kuzakar Oken purchased two plots of land in Siô eee; one in Goose Step and another in Satellite to build clothing factories in a deal brokered by Johnakar Oken and Living King, Harakar Oken. As part of the deal, Johnakar's daughter Alinkar Oken was required to start using government-owned Siô eee to produce bulk industrial goods. Kuzakar was also required to provide Alinkar with free clothing material.
High Director of the Akarian Trade Fleet
Johnakar Oken had a stroke and was hospitalised on 28-6 15 PC leading to his resignation as the High Director of the Akarian Trade Fleet on 27-4 16 PC. Kuzakar replaced him three days later. On the same day of his appointment, Kuzakar ordered the Akarian Trade Fleet to stay out of the territorial waters of the Yotumic Divisionary Federation as Akrake Oken had done with the Akarian Navy three days prior.
On 12-3 18 PC the Arkara, under the leadership of Artak Arkara released a document containing evidence that Johnakar Oken had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago including Kamakta Arkara and Vidar Astridson. A day later Arkara-affiliated protestors took to the streets of Ablesken demanding an explanation for the killing of Kamakta Arkara. At the same time the CNN Federal Court put their ongoing corruption investigation and trials on hold to allow the Council of Directors of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CODCNN) to hold an emergency meeting relating to the report. Harakar ordered the Akarian Navy back to Akaria and ordered the full mobilisation of the Living Army. Shortly after making his order Harakar departed Ablsken for Fort Garikoph in secret and ordered his military leaders, including Kuzakar as the High Director of the Akarian Trade Fleet to meet him there.
Harakar, Kuzakar and the other Akarian military leaders met with the Utlian leadership on 8-6 18 PC to discuss the ongoing tension with the CNN. At the meeting, it was agreed that the Eastern Bloc would move against the CNN until they attacked first.
6th Oken Election
Kuzakar Oken was elected Leader of the Oken 18-3 20 PC, following Harakar Oken's death on 29-12 19 PC. During the election, Kuzakar made a deal with Simachun Oken to secure his 15 electoral votes which secured Kuzakar's victory in the election.
Leader of the Oken
Removal as High Director of the Akarian Trade Fleet
Artak Arkara removed Kuzakar as the High Director of the Akarian Trade Fleet on 16-5 20 PC, claiming that Kuzakar was too busy leading the Oken to handle leading the trade fleet.
Dakar's Uprising
Harakar's son, Dakar Oken, was unhappy about Kuzakar's election as Leader of the Oken. Dakar announced over the radio on 1-1 22 PC that Kuzakar's election as the Leader of the Oken was illegitimate and announced the beginning of an "operation" to have the Oken Kadrike placed under his control. Moments later men loyal to Dakar carried out multiple attacks across the Oken Kadrike, an attack in the Sartak Kadrike and an attack in Niueyjar on Dakar's orders. By the end of the day Dakar's forces had shot the Ossbosche of Okenate, Havking Oken (who would later die from his wounds), freed Ahabakar Oken from the Clan Osteg Prison Complex, killed Leader of the Sartak, Bantoek Sartak and captured the Okenate Ordok. Kuzakar Oken ordered the Oken Army into the Greater Oksken Area to put down "Dakar's Uprising". High Director of the Oken Army, Kazaint Oken, pledged allegiance to Dakar Oken causing the Oken Army to start fighting itself across the Oken Kadrike. The next day Kuzakar appointed Duzakar Oken as the new High Director of the Oken Army with Kazaint still claiming the title. On 15-4, the Karinian Start reported that Kuzakar had fled the Greater Oksken Area, shortly after, Dakar's forces captured Moss Vale. Kuzakar met with Mal Ignis on 12-9 and convinced him to intervene against Dakar Oken. Mal's forces arrived on 14-9 and aided in Moss Vale's recapture on 16-9. Dakar's Uprising ended on 17-1 23 PC when Kuzakar and his allies captured Dakar and the remainder of the Greater Oksken Area.
Dakar Dispute
On 27-1 23 PC the Perat asked the Oken to hand over Dakar Oken for trial over the death of Trikot Perat who had been executed by Ahabakar Oken after he attacked Paradise Island on 30-3 22 PC. Kuzakar declined the request citing the need to first try him in the Oken Court. Several members of the Perat were arrested in the Oken Kadrike on after attempting to use falsified documents to transfer Dakar into Perat custody. Kuzakar released the arrested members shortly after to avoid escalating the situation.
Leader of the Perat, Eltok Perat formally requested Artak's intervention in getting the Oken to hand over Dakar Oken to the Perat on 19-2. On the same day Kuzakar countered by requesting Artak not to intervene in the Dakar Dispute between the Oken and the Perat.
Artak did not side with either party directly and instead begun "Brown walking" in an attempt to ask the Kings in Brown for advice on what to do regarding the Dakar Dispute. Artak had done this without telling anyone and the Living Press first reported that he had done this on 1-3. Artak awoke from his coma on 10-3 and the next day announced that the Kings in Brown advised him to declare Dakar Oken an "Aide to the Spirits" –a term first used in this announcement by Artak– and to execute him before all the Kadrike leaders and ossbosches of Akaria and lands beyond. Following the announcement Artak's 10th Dictate was issued. The Dictate defined what an Aide to the Spirits was, granted the Living King the right to brand someone an Aide to the Spirits, allowed the Living King to personally execute an Aide to the Spirits if the Council of Akaria is summoned before him and are given sufficient time to arrive and allowed the Living King to summon the Council of Akaria for an execution. After the Dictate was issued Artak branded Dakar Oken an Aide to the Spirits and summoned the Council of Akaria to Ablesken for his execution, which was done on 8-4, ending the Dakar Dispute. Dakar's execution was seen by many of the Oken as a failure on Kuzakar's part to protect their people.
Disbanding of the Oksken Governing Council
Kuzakar disbanded the Oksken Governing Council and suspended elections in Oksken indefinitely on 11-2 23 PC due to the council's involvement in Dakar's Uprising. He put Oksken under the direct control of the Leader of the Oken.
