Biography
On 24-5 16 PC, the Akarian Scouting Force returned to the Kingdom of Akaria, having charted a great portion of the Eastern Ocean and having found many islands and an overabundance of whales. Shortly after the East Confederation Whaling Company (ECWC) was established to exploit the Eastern Ocean with Richard Mobyson being appointed CEO on 27-5 16 PC. On his first day in the position, Mobyson purchased 15 old fishing dinghies to serve as the company's fleet.
