Dimasi V'sha is a former Grand Magister of T'vaqi. He was the nation's first Representative Speaker.

Early Life
V'sha was born in the coastal city of N'isi into a middle-class family not particularly renowned for their CC Scores. He struggled with academics from a young age, but scored exceedingly well on Examination Day, and became a Magister following his graduation from the High Institute of the Arts. Critics of his political career often claim that his CC Exam score was faked, though this cannot be definitively proven and is highly unlikely.
Rule
Upon his inauguration, V'sha established himself as a calm and measured leader, despite being the youngest of the three Grand Magisters at the time. V'sha was the first member of the Grand Council to support establishing contact and trade with other nations in the archipelago. He would eventually convince Gmr. Ila to support the cause as well, resulting in a two-thirds majority and the nation's subsequent joining of the IGRS.
Following the Silicon Rebellion, V'sha received heavy criticism for his lack of action during the crisis. While no formal address was delivered, a speech was issued by V'sha in 55 PC declaring such critics to be uneducated and ignorant of the nation's values.
V'sha retired on 15-5 63 PC. He was succeeded by Senior Magister Adisa Aram. Unbeknownst to any at the time, he rigged the election that ensued after his retirement with Aram's permission, guaranteeing that Aram would win.
Later life and death
After retirement, V'sha moved back to his hometown of N'isi, living alone in a single-story house. To occupy his time, he began practicing his painting skills, eventually taking an interest in sculpting. His early works tended towards political subject matter before he abandoned this style and began painting bodies of water. He also became an avid fan of Rossan Opera.
In 79 PC, V'sha was invited to appear with the Grand Council at a public speech. However, he had only been invited as part of a ploy concocted by Gmr. Piqo Thipoqo and Smr. T'tathos Mhodir; the two knew of his election fraud, and intended to expose it to the public. At the speech, Gmr. Thipoqo verbally cornered V'sha, forcing him to confess. Adisa Aram resigned from her position immediately following the confession. T'tathos Mhodir would be promoted to Grand Magister in the ensuing election.
After the appearance, V'sha became a recluse. He spent weeks at a time alone in his home without leaving, while his physical and mental health began to rapidly deteriorate. He continued to make paintings and sculptures. In 80 PC, he was found deceased in a painted clay-plaster sculpture within a human-shaped concavity that he presumably carved. Despite the deliberate placement of his body, he was determined to have perished from natural causes.
