T'tathos Mhodir was a Grand Magister of T'vaqi. From mid-84 PC to 86 PC, he was the sole dictator of the island.
Early life
Mhodir was born in Mholos in 23 PC to two affluent farmland managers. He was entirely mute until the age of six, saying his first words ("Look up") the day of the T'vaqi Calming. He remained selectively mute throughout his childhood, causing academies to label him as mentally deficient. Despite his frequent refusal to speak in certain situations, Mhodir came across as calm, focused, and confident to most who met him in his adolescence. He achieved a Cognitive Capacity Score of 35, subsequently enrolling in the High Institute of the Arts. He specialized his studies in Design Optimization. He remained a man of few words into his adulthood, becoming an electrical planner after his graduation from the Institute.
Mhodir has seldom elaborated on his way of speaking, stating only "I feel there are enough words to go around" when pressed.
Political career and rule
Mhodir was first promoted to Officiant after graduating from the High Institute of the Arts. He remained at this level for many years, overseeing a number of Examination Day ceremonies; he enjoyed the opportunity to stand in silence for several hours. At the age of 34, Mhodir decided to quit his job as an electrical planner to begin rising up the T'vaqi Bureaucracy. His form for promotion to High Priest was approved, and he was personally promoted to Magister in 59 PC by a friend in the Bureau of Hapšâw Affairs. He remained in this position for several years.
In 70 PC, Mhodir was sent to the island of Hapšâw after the island's government requested aid in establishing a curriculum for mechanical and electronic engineering at the School of Tokšahalna. His delegation to the island was ordered by Gmr. Piqo Thipoqo himself. After Mhodir returned, Thipoqo was impressed by his efforts, offering him a position as Senior Magister. Mhodir accepted, also agreeing to become a member of the Amiqa Platform, Thipoqo's political party. In 77 PC, Thipoqo and Mhodir began conspiring to depose Gmr. Adisa Aram after learning of her election fraud. Their plan succeeded two years later when Thipoqo incriminated her and co-conspirator Dimasi V'sha live on stage, prompting Aram's immediate resignation. Mhodir dominated in the Magisterial polls that followed, winning on a minimal campaign that primarily targeted internal corruption.
