- 12-2 Arakar Oken struck a deal with Frachoi Sartak in which members of the Oken were given the right to make deals in the Sartak Kadrike that placed Sartak land under Oken management, in exchange Kazant Oken married Huloi Sartak and promised that a son produced from this marriage would go on to lead the Oken after Arakar's successor's successor and that all offspring from the marriage would be educated in the Sartak Kadrike.
