Biography
Early life and Scribe to the Living King
Tikerus Perat was born on 17-10 70 TT to Arkerus Perat. On 23-11 53 TT Arkerus became the Leader of the Perat through a duel brought on by the right of blood this led to Tikerus becoming the Scribe to the Living King on 17-10 50 TT, as that is when he became the 2nd in line to the leadership of the Perat who was atleast 20 years old. He would hold that title until 20-8 32 TT, the day before his nephew, Drotur Perat came of age.
False War
Tikerus's son, Tyshok Perat released the Tyshok Report on 9-12 10 TT conecting members of the Arkara to several high-profile deaths across Akaria. Living King, Bantar Arkara's refusal to condemn those listed in the report led to the False War. Tikerus's nephew and 2nd in line to the leadership of the Perat, Drotur Perat was killed in a bombing on 16-7 6 TT along with both of his sons. Following the incident Arkerus sent his firstborn son Storm to the town of Orak to hide and appointed Tikerus both Warden of the Perat and Warden of Penskar, to give Tikerus an excuse not to be in Perisken. Tikerus Perat returned to Perisken on following the assassination of Arkerus on 4-1 5 TT to serve his duties as Warden of the Perat.
The False War ended on 14-7 4 TT with Living King, Bantar Arkara's assassination.
43rd Living Election
Bantar's death triggered the 43rd Living Election. During the False War the Perat had led the opposition to the Arkara and many of the Perat felt that this would translate to the Perat's candidate for Living King being elected. However, the ossbosches who were unafliiated with either-side in the coflict argued that they could not elect a candidate from the anti-Arkara side as one of them was likely responsible for the death of Bantar, leading to the unafliated Harakar Oken being elected Living King on 30-10 2 TT.
Though many in the Perat felt cheated by this, Tikerus did not and made voiced no complaints against the Oken.
Storms's retirement
In 7 PC and 8 PC, Tikerus's brother and Leader of the Perat, Storm Perat attempted to try to ally the Perat with the Deram to rival Harakar. This went downhill on 23-5 8 PC when Storm got into an altercation with Leader of the Deram, Ara Deram in a meeting set up by Harakar. Storm's health continued to decline after that and Tikerus was summoned to Perisken many times to serve in Storm's place. Both Tikerus and Storm felt that Tikerus's duties as the Warden of Penskar conflicted with his duties as Warden of the Perat and, on 15-3 9 PC, Storm named his son Eltok the new Warden of the Perat. As Warden of the Perat Eltok saught to align the Perat with the Arkara's two remaining allies, the Kakay and the Ikane, but not the Arkara themselves.
Under Eltok
Storm died of his injuries on 27-7 15 PC. Three days later Eltok ascended as the Leader of the Perat. As Leader of the Perat, Eltok allied the Perat with the Arkara and was met with opposition from many of the Perat, including Tikerus as many of the Perat had been assassinated by the Arkara during the False War.
Tikerus continued to oppose the Arkara-Perat Alliance, even after the election of Living King, Artak Arkara and the Perat's ascention into his perikat in 20 PC. Faltir's Naval Administration arrested the Akarian Ambassador to the Naval Administration, Kanay Arkara, on 16-2 22 PC, claiming that he had broke the law but refused to elaborate further. Artak Arkara requested that Tikerus travel to Faltir to negotiate for Kanay's release. Though Tikerus was a vocal opponent of Artak Arkara, he did not want to deal with the fallout of refusing his request and agreed to go. He arrived on 13-4 and was swiftly arrested. Many saw his mission as simply a means for Artak to remove an opponent. Representatives from Akaria, the CNN, the 3rd Empire, and the Mirest League met in Mirest on 9-5 to discuss the situation. The 3rd Empire and the Akarian representatives agreed that Akaria would secretly attack the Naval Administration whilst wearing the colours of the 3rd Empire alongside the forces of the 3rd Empire. The invasion of the Naval Administration began on 3-6.
