Biography
Early life
Anarka Oken was born on 8-12 21 PC to Leader of the Oken, Johnakar Oken and his wife Anteen Oken.
Foreign Examiner
On 4-2 1 PC, Targhon Skrake of Akaria met with Kevano Dwan and Filipo III of Tietero, marking the first contact between Akarians and the outside world. A few hours later, Johnakar Oken established the Foreign Examiner to report on foreign events and made Anarka the company's first high director.
As the High Director of the Foreign Examiner Anarka would travel across the Attu Archipelago collecting information and establishing ties between her company and other entities.
Ambassador to the Yotumic Divisionary Federation.
Anarka's brother, Living King, Harakar Oken made Anarka the Akarian Ambassador to the Yotumic Divisionary Federation on 8-7 8 PC, due to her knowledge of foreign affairs and was replaced as High Director of the Foreign Examiner by her sister Marikar Oken. She was unable to immediately travel to Nongba due to Niueyjar's ongoing blockade of the island. She and her embassy staff arrived at Nongba on 23-2 9 PC, having used Harakar's southern squid to carry her and her staff there.
Anarka was recalled from Nongba on 20-5 18 PC, amid impoving Niueyjar-Yotumic Divisionary Federation relations and worsening Akaria-Niueyjar relations.
