Aracet Teren

Aracet Teren was the 1st Eyht and 7th post calm ruler of the Republic of Utlia, a former terrorist who co-founded the group Einru, which then started and won in the second Utlian civil war.

Biography

Aracet Teren was born on 14-2 30 PC to a poor family in the heap district of Kelna-Ut. Both of Terens parents were industrial workers, his father worked as a uranium miner and his mother as a safety compliance officer for the provincial government in North Utlia factories. His family had historically been servants for the Terent noble family, which Aracet credits towards his dislike of the nobility. Not much is known about his childhood or time growing up, he has said in interviews with NRUK that as a child he had a fascination with history, specifically pre-calm nations of the archipelago.

As a teenager he decided he became obsessed with art history and at the age of 18 he enrolled at the University of Tinlea, getting a dual education in art history and political science. In his second year of study he and a group of students with a similar ideology, including future right-hand man Lumrern Ket, formed Einru, a social club for discussing archipelago politics. Despite being an exemplary student, consistently at the top of academic rankings for the school, he and the rest of Einrus founders and attendees were kicked out of the school in 50 PC for discussions of treasonous nature. Aracet and his recently evicted friends moved into an abandoned warehouse in Orena-Ut, where they operated as a petty gang, mostly to pay for their flyer and pamphlet printing.

In 51 PC a cell of Einru headed by Aracet attempted to take over a radio tower and station in the Mt. Utlia National Conservation Park in central Mountange. A group of seven Mountange Rangers discovered the group around 20:02 and after noticing the members of Einru were armed, opened fire on the group, who were at this point behind cover in the operating booth of one of the radio arrays. Einru returned fire on the officers, killing three, causing the rangers to retreat after wounding one Einru member, the Einru soldiers escaped after reportedly looting the weapons off the fallen officers. Following this incident the Bureau of Internal Affairs raised Einru's designation from "Provincial Agitators" to "National Terrorists" in the Threat Designation System. A bounty was placed on Aracets head for a number of crimes and he became exceptionally paranoid for some time after the incident, he allegedly began heavily drinking to cope with his anxiety.
