On 30-11 4 PC the YDF Congress ordered the expulsion of all non-ambassador foreigners from Nongba amid pro-isolationist protests. The foreigners were given a limited window to leave the island and were given 3% discount on the transit fee off the island.
Around 250 Faltirans refused the order to vacate and were arrested. The majority were captured in the port city of Habo'ana and the remainder were sent there to stand trial as a group. The Holy Republic of Faltir requested that the Faltiran be sent to them with the YDF refusing leading to the Faltiran Raid on Habo'ana in which Faltir successfully extracted their citizens.
