Fort Garikoph
Fort Garikoph is an Akarian military facility on Kadar's Rock.
History
On 25-4 1110 TT the Akarian Navy, captured of the island now known as Kadar's Rock during the Andu Subjugation. After captuing the island preperations began for on invation of the Zomok Plain, including constructing the building that would become Fort Garikiph. Late into 1109, TT Living King Garikoph Perat traveled to Kadar's Rock to personally oversee the naval invasion of the Zomok Plain. On 18-7 1108 TT, during a ceremonial inspection of his forces, a portable silo full of omtarre exploded a short distance from Garikoph, covering him in flaming omtarre and perforating his body with shrapnel. Garikoph was tended to before being moved to Kadar's Rock for further treatment at the building that would be later named Fort Garikoph.
The Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) attacked Kadar's Rock on 16-12 19 PC, during the Eastern Bloc-Niueyjar War. The CNN captured most of the island but was unable to penetrate Fort Garikoph. Control of the island was given back to Akaria on 17-3 20 PC, following the signing of the 1st Fort Garikoph Agreement between the Kingdom of Akaria and the CNN.
