Background
On 4-12 19 PC Leader of the Arkara, Artak Arkara had a secret meeting with Dripap of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) aboard a CNN ship off the coast of Faltir. The pair planned for Driplap to attack Kadar's Rock, where Artak suspected Harakar to be hiding, to force Harakar back to the mainland so that he could be killed by Artak's forces bringing about a Living Election that Artak was confident he would win. In exchange Artak, once the Living King, would negotiate a peace with the CNN.
Battle
Driplap attacked Kadar's Rock on 16-12 and captured most of the island, but was unable to take Fort Garikoph. During the battle, Harakar fled for the Karin Plain.
Aftermath
The day after the battle the Weer Chronicle reported that Harakar Oken had returned to Moss Vale following his year-long vacation at an undisclosed location. Artak had his forces and those of his allies begin to converge on Moss Vale. In response, Harakar's allies in the civil war began to converge on Artak's forces. The armies of the Bokok, Oken, Sartak and Skrake engaged the armies of the Arkara, Perat, Banokan and Kakay in the Banokan Kadrike. Harakar left Akaria for eee on 26-12 as part of Operation Rock Storm, on the same day the armies of the Deram and Mikare entered the Banokan Kadrike to aid the Oken. The Arkara-led forces in the Bankokan Kadrike disintegrated into chaos on 28-12 with Harakar's allies beginning a march towards Agrada. The next day the Giga-Yacht exploded killing Harakar Oken thus ending the Akarian Civil War and starting the 44th Living Election.
