Biography
Early life
Khobak Perat was born on 2-1 127 TT in Perisken, Kingdom of Akaria. Shortly after his birth, his father was appointed Warden of Orak.
Warden of Orak
Khobak's father Andokai Perat died on 2-11 87 TT. Khobak became the new Warden of Orak three days later.
39th Living Election
Living King Alghui Ikane died on 20-8 72 TT triggering the 39th Living Election. Khobak was elected Living King on 27-9 72 TT. On the day of his election, Khobak resigned as the Warden of Orak.
Living King
Khobak's son Arkerus had an aversion to learning about Karinian politics. In an attempt to correct this, Khobak tried to make Arkerus his representative to the Arkara. When his son protested the appointment, Khobak threatened to have his forces drag him to Agrada if he resisted. This led Arkerus to leave Orak for the Deram Kadrike, leaving behind his wife Dotoi Ikane and his son Storm Perat. Khobak raised Storm himself and taught the child to hate the Deram (under the recommendation of the 3rd Agrada Perikat).
On 6-4 70 TT the Weer Biological Warfare Division (WBWD) announced that they had eradicated the Utlian Locust as had been ordered by Alghui Ikane in 84 TT. They had used a carefully bred parasitic fungus named Kadar's Fury. In addition to purging the Utlian Locust from Akaria Kadar's Fury also wiped out all species of native grasshoppers. Khobak publicly praised the WBWD for their commitment to the environment.
Alandok Perat, Leader of the Perat died on 20-11 53 TT. On 23-11 Anotok Perat proclaimed himself Leader of the Perat, at which point Arkerus Perat revealed he was there and challenged Anotok to the Leadership of the Perat under the right of blood. Anotok recognised Arkerus's face and did not question who he was and accepted the challenge. Arkerus won the duel by knocking Anotok to the ground until he gave up. Arkerus was proclaimed Leader of the Perat. Khobak and the rest of the 3rd Agrada Perikat did not like that Arkerus now led the Perat as he advocated for normalising relations with the Deram. Khobak met with Eilok Arkara on 25-12 51 TT. The pair founded Eilok's Drodal which had the goal of assassinating Arkerus and any other "enemies of Akaria".
Khobak died on 20-5 46 TT. His death triggered the 40th Living Election.
