Living King Artak Arkara issued his 9th Dictate on 2-2 23 PC establishing the osslettes of Azzun, Balmok, Dire and Monor and granting the Living King the power to select the initial ossbosche of each.
Function
Osslette of Balmok is the territory in which the Ossbosche of Balmok has religious authority over Mirroite religious affairs.
Governance
Balmok is run by the Ossbosche of Balmok, who is appointed by elected by the udenbosches of Balmok and serves for life.
