Living King Artak Arkara issued his 9th Dictate on 2-2 23 PC establishing the osslettes of Azzun, Balmok, Dire and Monor and granting the Living King the power to select the initial ossbosche of each.

Osslette of Dire is the territory in which the Ossbosche of Dire has religious authority over Mirroite religious affairs.

Dire is run by the Ossbosche of Dire, who is appointed by elected by the udenbosches of Dire and serves for life.
