History
The Osslette of Essalia was created on 2-11 20 PC by Artak's 6th Dictate, covering the Akaria-controlled Harakar's Rock and the Sarkist State-controlled Paradise Island. Lightning Perat was selected as the first Ossbosche of Essalia to get him out of Akaria as he was a vocal opponent of the ruling Arkara.
