Prefichian language

The Prefichian language is an extinct language which used to be spoken in the area of what is now Prefichi. Estimates vary on when exactly the language was spoken, with some saying that it became extinct around the 1100s TT, and others saying that it was spoken until the establishment of Standard Weatherplague Caseic became enforced in Prefichi by the Chacya Kingdom around the 500s TT, and yet others saying that it was spoken until the use of the Caseic language was further enforced by the Caseic Federation in the last century before the Grand Calming.

Words from the Prefichian language have been used by the Kingdom of Prefichi for naming the Prefichian Frigates as a means of asserting an anti-Federation cultural identity within Prefichi. For example, the PF Exordium was named after the Prefichian word exordium, which means "beginning".
