Sirra Voti was a Grand Magister of T'vaqi. He was one of the three members of the Grand Council to oversee the nation's joining of the IGRS.

Early Life
Voti was born into a wealthy family with historic connections to the Grand Council. He broke the national record for fastest time to complete the CC Exam on Examination Day, a record he still holds posthumously. He attended the High Institute of the Sciences and became a Magister at the age of 22.
Rule
Voti was promoted to Senior Magister by Gmr. L'ia in 47 PC, and was elected as Grand Magister three years later. He was a notoriously xenophobic and conservative leader compared to his colleagues V'sha and Ila, voting against joining the IGRS and taking a firm stance against opening trade with other nations. Voti refused to address civilian concerns during the Silicon Rebellion, causing a sharp decline in public support; following the emergence of the Modhesian Army and the death of Aso Vinshasi, Voti abandoned his post and went into hiding.
Death
Voti was found dead in an apartment building two weeks after his disappearance. He had sustained one gunshot wound to the temple, and died shortly thereafter; no signs of struggle were detected at the scene, and the gun was never found. It is unknown whether his death was a suicide or the result of an attack from the Modhesian Army. Following the confirmation of his death, his subordinate Insi Q'so was promoted to Grand Magister through an internal vote.
