Insi Q'so is a former Grand Magister of T'vaqi. He was the creator and overseer of the nation's military force.
Early Life
Q'so was born in the Riqha district of Ishiq, his parents having married only two months prior. His parents divorced and remarried on several occasions during his youth. Despite the fairly average CC Scores of his parents, he achieved exceedingly high marks on Examination Day, and abandoned his father in order to attend the High Institute of the Sciences. Q'so studied political sciences for a semester before dropping out and returning to Ishiq live with his mother. He struggled to find work during this time, spending two years as a street food vendor before Senior Magister Aso Vinshasi recognized his CC Score and promoted him to Magister.
Rule
Q'so was promoted to Grand Magister after an emergency vote following the death of Gmr. Voti. He took office during the height of the Silicon Rebellion, and was particularly dissatisfied with the lack of action taken by Gmr. V'sha and Gmr. Ila to stop the crisis. Q'so advocated for the shipment of Kalami Sultar and Qayun to T'vaqi, which proved successful in keeping the Modhesian Army at bay. Following the decline of the Modhesian Army, Q'so would spearhead the development of an official T'vaqi military regiment, trained by the Qayun officers present in the nation.
Despite not being democratically elected, Q'so was greatly favored by the T'vaqi populace in the early years of his rule as a strong and assertive ruler. Public support for Gmr. V'sha decreased as support for Q'so increased. Q'so notably possessed a strong aversion to contact and trade with other islands, and often referred to himself as a "devout isolationist." His rule would be characterized by paranoid and impulsive decisions on the international stage; a habit of binge-drinking led to his wife divorcing him in 62 PC.
In 66 PC, an ongoing trade war with La Rossa cascaded into an armed conflict involving the entire House of Light. Encouraged by Gmr. Pili, Q'so declared war against the alliance, and called the T'vaqi Coastal Patrol into action. While victory in a naval duel against the Army of Kalam caused Kalam to exit the conflict, Q'so's successful military decisions would dwindle in frequency. As Utlian Amphibious Forces and the Modhes Millitaria began simultaneous land invasions of T'vaqi, Q'so quickly fell into a state of frenzied paranoia. Fearing for his own safety, he retreated to his private condo in Vritona, where he would spend weeks hiding in a bunker. As Modhes Millitaria and Utlian forces approached the cities of Mholos and Thono respectively, Q'so passed his final order as military overseer, ordering every single member of the TCP to attack without hesitation. This order was not carried out, and Q'so was quietly stripped of his rank as overseer and replaced with general Viq Qhisto, who later announced a TCP surrender.
Following his final order, Q'so hijacked a TCP scouting vessel from the nearby settlement of Soqho, steering it northeastward alone and without supplies. Days later, the boat automatically broadcasted a distress signal indicating that it had capsized; a wreckage team was sent from the mainland to retrieve the boat, and found an emaciated Q'so clinging to it upon arrival. Q'so was transferred to mainland T'vaqi, where he was stripped of his role as Grand Magister and placed in a Thono prison.
Q'so was succeeded by Amiqa-affiliated candidate Piqo Thipoqo in 69 PC.

Trial and imprisonment
After extensive deliberation among T'vaqi and members of the House of Light, Q'so was removed from his internment in Thono and shipped to Lighthouse Island for a formal courtroom proceeding. The trial[1], intended as equal parts valid legal proceeding and public spectacle, was broadcasted live in Deysachin, La Rossa, and T'vaqi. The trial saw Q'so defending his own actions during the Tricade War as Archpriest Mo'uyhanig Tsas-D'chaimwg orchestrated the prosecution, calling for a sentence of Inhumane Execution. On the second day of the proceeding, Q'so immediately declared that he had converted to Modhes, causing the prosecution to call for lifetime imprisonment instead.
After a short deliberation by the judge, Q'so was deemed guilty on all counts and interred in a Monastery of Maximum Imprisonment. His trial became the single most viewed broadcast event in T'vaqi, attracting an estimated 3.3 million viewers over the course of the proceeding.
