Biography
Early life
Thunder Perat was born on 15-11 18 TT to Storm Perat and Tartui Ikane. At the time of his birth he was 7th in line to the leadership of the Perat and by the time of the Grand Calming he was 3rd in line behind his brother Lightning Perat.
Scribe to the Living King
Thunder's grandfather and Leader of the Perat, Storm Perat died on 27-7 15 PC. According to Living Law, the Scribe to the Living King is always the second in line to the leadership of the Perat so long as that person is at least 20 years old, if not then the next in line who is at least 20 years old holds the title. At the time of Storm's death the second in line, Tarabartan Perat was underaged making Thunder the title holder. Thunder then began serving as the scribe of Living King, Harakar Oken.
On 21-12 19 PC a large portion of the Living Army arrived at Okenate and several eee-made barges and fishing vessels were reported milling about Naikar Port. Harakar announced Operation Rock Storm on 25-12 to rid Haute eee of the CNN and set off for eee in the Giga-Yacht, leading a large force of eee-made barges and fishing vessels carrying Living Army personnel. The Giga-Yacht exploded on 29-12, whilst en route to eee, killing Thunder Perat and Harakar Oken among others and ending Operation Rock Storm.
