Biography
Early life
Vikrot Banokan was born in Banosken on 29-12 45 TT. Vikrot was educated at the Navabakar Brown and Green School from 34 TT until his graduation as bosche in 24 TT and was given a job in the Osslette of West Able.
Ossbosche of Azzun
On 2-2 23 PC Artak's 9th Dictate established four new osslettes in Utlia. Living King Artak Arkara selected Vikrot to serve as the 1st Ossbosche of Azzun, based out of the Utlian city of Unlaunen-Ut.
The Utlian Internal Issues Department published a report on 11-3 24 PC which found that the Utlian ossbosches had been arresting Akarians in Utlia. Utlian authorities were sent to arrest Vikrot on along with the Ossbosches of Dire, Balmok and Monor. Vikrot was killed by the utlian authorities whilst resisting arrest.
