Biography

Early life

Yokadar Deram was born in Durantum, Kingdom of Akaria.

Yokadar's father, Leader of the Deram and Warden of the Andu, Omak Deram died on 18-8 788 TT. Yokadar succeeded his father as Warden of the Andu immediately and as Leader of the Deram three days later.

16th Living Election

Living King Odakot Perat died on 27-5 789 TT triggering the 16th Living Election. The election concluded on 9-6 789 TT with Yokadar being elected Living King.

Living King

Odakot's 2nd Dicate, issued on 20-8 TT 819 TT, attempted to put a stop to the Arkara movement, which had been gaining popularity across Akaria. This dictate made it illegal to claim to be an Arkara. Arrests of Arkara were soon made across the country, though those living in the lands of the Dakon, Skrake, Kakay and Ikane were often not prosecuted due to their rulers protecting them. On 12-5 786 TT Yokadar attempted to put a stop to the Arkara movement by issuing his 3rd Dictate. The dictate established the Enforcers of Living Law (ELL), a policing organisation who were permitted to enforce living law across all of Akaria. The ELL was to be managed by the Ossbosche of Ablesken.

Death

Yokadar Deram died on 28-4 759 TT, triggering the 17th Living Election.
