Living King Artak Arkara issued his 9th Dictate on 2-2 23 PC establishing the osslettes of Azzun, Balmok, Dire and Monor and granting the Living King the power to select the initial ossbosche of each.
Function
Osslette of Monor is the territory in which the Ossbosche of Monor has religious authority over Mirroite religious affairs.
Governance
Monor is run by the Ossbosche of Monor, who is appointed by elected by the udenbosches of Monor and serves for life.
