This dictate made it illegal to claim to be an [[Arkara]]. Early life
Yokadar Deram was born in Durantum, Kingdom of Akaria.
Yokadar's father, Leader of the Deram and Warden of the Andu, Omak Deram died on 18-8 790 TT. Yokadar succeeded his father as Warden of the Andu immediately and as Leader of the Deram three days later.
16th Living Election
Living King Odakot Perat died on 27-5 789 TT triggering the 16th Living Election. The election concluded on 9-6 789 TT with Yokadar being elected Living King.
