The Arkara–Banokan–Kakay–Perat Alliance is an officialised Kadrike alliance.
Formation
On 28-1 21 PC the leaders of the Deram, Mikare and Skrake signed an agreement officilising the Deram–Mikare–Skrake Alliance. In response the leaders of the Arkara, Banokan, Kakay and Perat signed their own agreement on 21-10, officalising the Arkara–Banokan–Kakay–Perat Alliance.
Reactions
In an interview with the Foreign Examiner, Tyshok Perat said of the new alliance, "It's very clear to me that this new formal alliance is a response to the formal Deram–Mikare–Skrake Alliance. By making his own formal alliance the blessed Artak Arkara, King in Green, has recognised the legitimacy of formal alliances between the kadrikes. I would argue that he has shifted the dynamics of inter-Kadrike relations without a full grasp of the potential consequences"
