The [[Leader of the Deram]], [[Fanachar Deram]] refused to hand Bolakh over citing that no crime had been commited. Ochi attempted to send the [[Enforcers of Living Law]] (ELL) to arrest Bolakh, but the [[Ossbosche of West Able]] who commanded the ELL, [[Hamalan Deram]] refused to follow the order. In response, Ochi issued his [[Ochi's 1st Dictate|1st Dictate]] on 30-11 564 TT dissolving the ELL. Early life
Ochi Skrake was born on 5-4 589 TT in Saeskar, Kingdom of Akaria.
24th Living Election
Ochi's uncle and Living King, Gonchidor Ikane was killed on 25-8 564 TT by Bolakh Deram. His death triggered the 24th Living Election which concluded on 16-9 564 TT with Ochi being elected Living King.
