- 24-8 Kazant Oken died triggering the 4th Oken Election. In his will Kazant split his 15 Oken votes among his three children, Kuzakar Oken, Nachai Oken and Toratoi Oken.
- 4-2 Bantar's 2nd Dictate was issued stating that deals between Kadrikes cannot select who a successor to the leadership of a Kadrike is if it goes against Kadrike Law.
