Artak's 4th Dictate was a living dictate issued on 18-6 20 PC which established new osslettes in Akaria's four overseas bases.
Background
By 20 PC the Kingdom of Akaria had ran (jointly in all cases) military bases in Utlia (Akuta), eee (Aharka), Kelelemi (Neerakta) and Okrit (Nakarma) but no osslette assigned to the land to provide religious services to the Mirroites living there.
Living King Artak Arkara issued his 4th Dictate on 18-8 20 PC to create ossletes for these bases.
Content
Artak's 4th Dictate established the osslettes of Neerakta, Akuta, Nakarma, and Aharka and granted the Living King the power to select the initial ossbosche of each.
Reactions
Some in Akaria –particularily rivals of the Arkara– saw the creation of four new osslettes as a move by Artak Arkara to gain more influence in the Ossbosche Assembly as it would give the Arkara four more loyel ossbosches in the assembly.
