The Coalition of Utlian Radicals (COUR) is the singular political party in the Republic of Utlia. Originally formed from a merger between the UBP and UAG in 32 PC. The party is ruled by Ire Liamia

History

COUR was formed by Swyl Shote and Sern Bes following the merging of the UBP and UAG.

In 42 PC after Swyl Shote was murdered by Ramchoi Banokan, the party became a part of the provisional government of Utlia that decided who the next president would be, this government elected Ire Liamia, who became the new head of COUR

Organization

COUR is headed by Ire Liamia and his Upper Cabinet, who oversee the other members of the coalition. Coalition membership is granted to all government and government-associated groups. The main groups within COUR are:

• The Bureau Council and all managed Bureaus
• The Azz'marin and Kiyr Committee
• The Azztanist Peoples Association
• National Armed Forces
• National Bank of Tinlea
• Mersenites

Leadership

COUR has generally been led by the President of Utlia, except in cases such as the murder of Swyl Shote where there was no president and the coalition was ran by leaders from each interest group in a provisional government.
